Teppi coffee could be describe as having a low to medium acidity, very well rounded with a distinct smooth aftertaste. It is mostle blended with Bebeka as they are very similar. On the other hand Bebeka has a lighter acidity, god to very good body, with a hint of light citrus flavor. The production from Teppi or Bebeka coffe is less popular on the world market as other Ethiopian coffees are. These coffees are suitable for those looking for a well-balanced cup, with a distinct ‘wild’ Ethiopian flavor.
